Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with the overall upkeep and presentation of the studio
Supporting clients and staff with day-to-day needs
Light administrative and customer outreach tasks
Acting as the studio’s “eyes and ears” to ensure everything runs smoothly
Qualifications:
Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
Comfortable communicating with clients on the phone and in person
Confident and outgoing — not shy speaking with new people
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Interest in music/entertainment industry preferred
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Able to work a minimum of 25 hours a week
Microsoft Excel experience
